Don’t we all have favourite colours that we dig out every season?  Ones that just make you either feel summery and cool or cosy and warm?  Well i certainly do.  I love Camel in Autumn, to be honest, i love Camel all year round, but it looks especially good when the leaves in the background match your outfit.  I got this super chunky sweater from ASOS with my 25% voucher from Elle magazine, so handy, thanks Elle.  It’s form Paisie London, their site is filled with some great pieces, oversized tailoring at it’s best.  I certainly think that i’ll be grabbing one or two more before winter is out, lets be honest it lasts for 7 months anyway, i’ve got plenty time.  My scarf is from Lochcarron, part of their Autumn Winter range for 2015.  You can find it in a ton of shops all over Scotland and has been one of the most popular this season.  It’s a cashmere and wool mix, super warm, and with it’s alternate colouring on each end it’s a great match with this outfit.  I paired both of these faves with my black Hollister jeans and new winter boots from Dune London.  I always like to invest in a good pair of boots for winter, wear them to death, and then get another the following year.  This is the second year i’ve had my winter boots from Dune, and both have been chelsea boots, i’m pretty heavy on my heels when i walk so i reckon these will need heeled sometime soon with something a bit tougher.

Ellie and i got these shots on an afternoon out in Peebles, we went for a great lunch in Coltmans, Peebles which, by the way, does the best hot chocolate i’ve ever had, full on melty chocolate goodness.  Definitely worth a visit.
